Another spectacular weekend with Around Town Entertainment! Four amazing events with Around Town Entertainment’s wedding bands and DJ.

September 27, 2014 was the wedding of Allison Varrone and Jeremy Fass. The event took place at the NY wedding venue, The Hamlet in Commack, New York.
The bridal party and the bride and groom entered the ceremony to as the pianist from Around Town Entertainment played the wedding ceremony music, “Here Comes The Sun” Beatles, “A Thousand Years” Christina Perry and “All You Need Is Love” Beatles.
The guests enjoyed cocktails as the jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment serenaded the guests and set the sophisticated mood.
From their the celebration began!
The couple chose the NY wedding band, the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment.
The bridal party and the bride and Groom entered the reception to “Crazy In Love” by Beyonce, going right into their first dance wedding song “Better Together” by Jack Johnson.
The bride had her father and daughter dance to the song “Daddy Dance With Me” by Krystal Keith and then the groom took a dance with his mom to the wedding mother dance song “I Turn To You” by Christina Aguilera.
The band was thrilled to play other songs selected by the bride and groom “Marry Me” and “You’ve Got To Show Me Love” Robin S.
What a great night of dancing with New York wedding entertainment.

September 27, 2014 was also the wedding of Elizabeth McDaniel and Albert Stemmler. The wedding couple had a true New York City wedding! They chose the New York City wedding venue, the High Line Hotel, in NYC.
The couple chose the New York City wedding band,After Party Band, from Around Town Entertainment.
After cocktails with Around Town Entertainment’s sophisticated cocktail music, the song “New York, New York” by Frank Sinatra welcomed the bridal party to the reception. The bride and groom entrance song was “This Will Be” by Natalie Cole. Their first dance wedding song was “Islands In The Stream” by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton.
For the wedding parent dance songs, they chose “My Girl” Temptations and “In My Life” Beatles.
As the guests danced the night away to the NYC wedding entertainment, the band played the couple’s favorite song selections, including, “You Are The Sunshine of My Life” Stevie Wonder, “I Want You Back” Jackson 5, “Empire State of Mind” JayZ and Alecia Keys, “Superstition” Stevie Wonder and “Honky Tonk Woman” Rolling Stones.
The guests were elated as the NYC wedding band played an extended wedding event!

September 27, 2014 was also the wedding of Marie Carillo and Brian Lee. The couple chose the New York City wedding band, A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment. The celebration took place at the NYC wedding venue, TheHarmonie Club at 4 East 60th Street, Manhattan, NY 10022

The wedding began with a cool, sophisticated cocktail hour with music by Around Town Entertainment.
The reception was amazing! The bridal party danced into the room with “Mr. Saxobeat” Alexandra Sande and then the bride and groom chose the wedding entrance song,”Finally” Cece Penniston. The classic wedding first dance song “At Last” was the couple’s choice. For the wedding parent dance songs, they chose “Daddy’s Little Girl” Al martino and “How Sweet It Is” by James Taylor.
The guests enjoyed the bride and groom’s additional selected wedding songs “That’s Amore” Dean Martin, “Girls Just wanna Have Fun” Cyndy Lauper, “I’m Too Sexy” Right Said Fred and “Bailando” Enrique Iglesias.
What a great night with of NYC wedding music!

Around Town Entertainment’s amazing DJ, The Professor, hit the cool spot, The Mint Gastropub in Bethlahem, Pennsylvania.
The 40th birthday bash was a huge hit as Eric Turiansky went all out for his wife’s big day!
The DJ played all their favorite 80’s and club hits, making for a great dance event!

Saturday, September 13, 2014 was a wonderful night in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
The wedding celebration for William Patrick Reiley and Allison Stover was held at the beautiful wedding venue, The Saucon Valley Country Club.
The couple chose a nine piece wedding band from the NY wedding entertainmentcompany, Around Town Entertainment!
First the guests enjoyed cocktails and a jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment indoors until mother nature took her break for the beautiful tented wedding reception.
The sky brightened as the Around Town Band welcomed the guests into the reception!
The bridal party was introduced to the perfect wedding song, “Best Days Of My Life” American Authors. Then the Bride and Groom entered with “You Are The Best Thing” Ray LaMontagne. For the couple’s First Dance wedding song, they chose the acoustic version of “Latch” by Sam Smith.
The wedding parent dances were “You Are” by Lionel Richie and “Simple Man” by Lynyrd Skynryd.
Additional wedding songs that the New York City band specially prepared for this Pennsylvania event were “Beast Of Burden” Rolling Stones, “Thunder Clatter” Wild Cub, “Excuse me Miss” by Chris Brown and “Beautiful” by Miguel and Mariah Carey.
The event was filled with joy as the guests danced the night away and packed the dance floor!

What a great weekend for Around Town Entertainment with two exciting New York weddings!

August 9, 2014 was the wedding of Annie Mattausch and Mike Clements.
The couple celebrated their wedding at the beautiful Garrison Golf Club in Garrison, New York, a stunning New York wedding venue.

The evening began with a jazz ensemble from Around Town Entertainment as the guests enjoyed cocktails while overlooking the mountains and brilliant sun that seemed to arrive just as the celebration began.

The guests moved into an elegant reception where the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment was already playing some high energy music for their arrival.
The couple chose Around Town Entertainment as their New York wedding entertainmentand had a very specific vision in mind when it came to music. They wanted to dance, dance and dance! And that they did!
With some of their favorite wedding songs chosen, the New York wedding band played the gamut.
For the couple’s first dance wedding song, they chose “All Of Me” by John Legend.
As the bride took a wedding Father Daughter dance, the band played “Cinderella” by Steven Curtis Chapman.
The groom chose “Unforgettable” by Nat King/Natalie cole as the classic Mother and son dance song. For the wedding Cake cutting song they chose “You Are The best Thing” by Ray La Montagne and the bride tossed the bouquet to the song “Single ladies” by Beyonce, a perfect wedding bouquet song!
Some other requested favorite wedding songs chosen were “Old Time Rock n Roll” by Bob Segar,
and “Papa Was A Rollin Stone” by the Temptations. Their chosen song, “Have I told You Lately” by Rod Stewart was played by the band.as the perfect New York wedding entertainment song during dinner.

August 10, 2014 was the wedding of Chana Miller and Jay Heath.
The couple chose the unique New York wedding venue, Full Moon Resort in Big Indian, New York.
The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception took place all around the beautiful, sprawling property.

The bride and groom and guests first walked down a long path through what felt like an enchanted forest to their quiet and secluded destination. There the piano player from Around Town Entertainment played their chosen ceremony wedding songs “Hoppipolla” by Sigur Ros for the processional, “Your Hand in Mine” by Explosions in the Sky for the bride’s wedding ceremony song and “You Make My Dreams Come True” for the wedding recessional song.

The guests then enjoyed cocktails in the front lawn of the quaint Full Moon Resort Inn.
There the duo of piano and guitar played the perfect outdoor wedding music.

The guests then entered the reception tent where the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment was in place as their chosen New York wedding entertainment.
The couple chose “Treasure” by Bruno Mars as the wedding introduction song, “Crazy in Love” by Beyonce as the bride and groom wedding introduction song and “How Is It” by Dolorean as the couple first dance wedding song.
The bride and groom both danced with their parents to the chosen wedding parent dance song, “In My Life” by Beatles.
The bride and groom and their family chose Around Town Entertainment as their New York wedding Entertainment because they had heard the band’s wedding Hora at a friend’s wedding.
They truly wanted the long and extended version of the Hora, so the band gave them exactly that! Forty five minutes the families danced with complete elation as the Hora continued.
The bride and groom could not have been happier with their choice of New York wedding music.

Around Town Entertainment had two more amazing weddings to finish up July and another to start off August with a bang!

July 26, 2014 was a great night!  The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment was at the Temple Sinai of Roslyn for the New York wedding of Wendy Gold and Jeff Gensler.
The ceremony began with the beautiful songs played by Around Town Entertainment’s  classical ceremony string musicians. “Across the Universe” by The Beatles was the chosen ceremony processional song and “I’m Yours” by Jason Mraz was the bride’s song for the ceremony.
These songs sounded beautiful played by the ceremony classical string ensemble.

After a festive cocktail hour, the guests moved into the reception for a great night of high energy dancing! This crowd didn’t miss a beat!
The bride and groom first had their wedding party introductions to Ne-yo and Pitbull’s “Give Me Everything.” Then the couple danced to their chosen wedding first dance song “Everything” by Michael Buble.
From there, the party began! From the onset, the bride told us they wanted to dance all night, and that they did! With all their favorite wedding songs covering all the decades, the band played non stop high energy dance music throughout the event.
The crowd went crazy and the bride and groom were beyond thrilled to join them!!
The A-List band from Around Town Entertainment was the chosen New York wedding band for the Heather Desaro and Chris Horvat wedding on July 26, 2014.
The Inn at New Hyde Park, was the New York wedding venue for this beautiful wedding!
The jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment played a cool mix of wedding cocktail music to begin this night.

The reception began with “Happy” by Pharrell for the bride and groom’s grand entrance.
A Special guest joined the band to play the couple’s first dance wedding song “Can’t Help Falling In Love” by Ingrid Michaelson.
The band prepared the songs “Lullabye” by-Billy Joel and”Days Like This” by Van Morrison for their special wedding parent dances.
The band also prepared some special unique songs such as “Kapitanskie Tango” and “Come Share The Wine” Al Martino.
This was a great night of amazing music for an amazing couple!

August 2, 2014 was the wedding of Jacqueline Ward and Chris Peters.
The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment traveled to Newport, Rhode Island to the beautiful wedding venue, Castle Hill.

The guests first entered an elegantly designed tented cocktail hour and the wedding cocktail music was featured as the trio from Around Town Entertainment hit all the right notes!

For the reception, “Thunderstruck” by AC/DC was the intense song that energized the crowd as the bride and groom were welcomed into the stunning reception space.
The bride and groom took their first wedding Dance to “Three Little Birds” by Bob Marley

The bride and groom were charged and ready to dance! They couldn’t have been more excited to dance to their favorite high energy songs.

The crowd cheered for the bride and groom as the band played on throughout the night. The music never stopped and the night was electric with energy!
What an amazing time in Newport, Rhode Island!

Thursday, July 17th, 2014 the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment performed for a full crowd at the Red Lion in New York City.   It was a great opportunity for some new wedding clients to hear the band perform live,  as well as a chance to see some amazing clients who  have used Around Town Entertainment as their chosen New York wedding band, New Jersey wedding band or Connecticut wedding band!

The band played dance music  that had the crowd on their feet the entire night!   September 18th, 2014, the Around Town Band will be back at the Red Lion where we can invite our Around Town Entertainment friends, and all our brides and grooms who will be having Around Town Entertainment as their New York wedding band,  New Jersey wedding band and Connecticut wedding band.

Saturday, July 19th, 2014 was the wedding of Jennifer McGurk and Chris Esguerra.  It was a true New York wedding experience at the stunningly beautiful venue known as Guastavino’s located on East 59th Street, New York City.

The evening began with a beautiful ceremony in the main open ballroom of Guastavino’s.   The wedding ceremony piano player from Around Town Entertainment first serenaded the guests as the anticipation of the bride’s grand entrance built.
For the processional, the bridal walked to “Con Te Partiro” by Andrea Bocelli.
The bride chose the traditional wedding song “Wedding March” the Chris Wrisner version. For the recessional, the guests cheered the announcement of husband and wife to the song “Beautiful Day” by U2, and what a perfect song choice! It truly was a beautiful day and it had only just begun!

The guests went downstairs to the main floor for their glamorous cocktail party, as the trio from Around Town Entertainment played the perfect wedding cocktail music.

The guests then moved back to the ballroom which seemed to magically transform in one hour to the perfect, stunning dream wedding reception setting.
The couple’s first dance wedding song was “All Of Me” by John Legend.
The bride chose “Walk With You” by Edwin McCain as her father daughter wedding song.
“Find Your Wings” by Mark Harris was the selected song for Mother and son wedding song
The bride and groom also got to hear some of their favorite wedding dance songs specially learned and prepared by Around Town Entertainment
A mash up of “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody” The Great Gatsby and Black Eyed Pead “Dirty Bit/I Had The Time Of My Life” was the big hit!

Around Town Entertainment had a wonderful weekend with four amazing weddings!

July 11, 2014 The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment was at Oheka Castle, in Huntington, New York for the wedding of Kristin Harrington and John Conciatori.
The evening began with a touching ceremony in the stunning open garden and courtyard of the castle. The setting could not have been more perfect. The harpist from Around Town Entertainment played classic wedding ceremony music.The bride walked down the isle to “Canon in D” Pachelbel. The “Wedding March” was played once the couple was announced as husband and wife.

The guests moved into the castle for their cocktail hour, where they enjoyed the jazz triofrom Around Town Entertainment.

For the reception, the guests moved into the grand room where the guests enjoyed a wide variety of favorites chosen by Mr. and Mrs. Harrington.  The bride and groom chose Sinatra’s “The Way You Look Tonight” as their first dance wedding song.
The band made sure to play special requested songs including “Little Bitty Pretty One” Bobby Day, “Rock Around The Clock” Bill Hailey, “Jump In the Line” Harry Belefonte and “Paradise By The Dashboard Lights” Meatloaf.
The crowd loved the songs and the night could not have been more perfect!

On July 12, 2014, the Around Town Band was the chosen New York wedding band for Blaire Berman and David Marsella.
The wedding was at the Garrison, in Garrison, New York.
With another perfect summer day, the ceremony was outdoors on the Garrison’s beautiful lawn with the stunning views.
The wedding piano player from Around Town Entertainment played “Il Postino” Luis Enriquez Bacalove for the processional, “Falling Slowly” Once, for the bride and “La Vie En Rose” Edith Piaf for the recessional.

The guests moved indoors to enjoy an hour of cocktails as the trio from Around Town Entertainment serenaded.
The reception was where the party really came to life with an exciting traditional Hora and then dance sets filled with the crowd’s favorite top 40 dance hits!

Once the music began, the party never stopped. What a great and exciting New York wedding!

July 12, 2014, the After Party Band from Around Town Entertainment was the chosen New York wedding band for the wedding of Hayley Mines and Lance Becker.

The wedding reception took place at the North Shore Synagogue in Syosset, New York.

The Bride and Groom chose “Today Was A Good Day” by Ice Cube as the song for their grand entrance. Their first dance was “Harvest Moon” by Neil Young. The bride danced with her father to the song, “What A Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong. The groom danced with him mother to the song “In My Life” by the Beatles.
The crowd danced the night away with some of the couple’s favorites songs, including “Every changing Time” by Aretha Franklin, “Mr. Jones” by Counting Crows and “Finally” by CeCe Peniston.

July 12, 2014 the A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment performed for the wedding of Bethany Cook and Joseph Fuscaldo. The Waterview located in Monroe, Connecticut was the chosen wedding venue.

After a sophisticated cocktail hour, with music played by Around Town Entertainment’s ensemble, the party began with a bridal party entrance to “Don’t Stop Till You Get Enough” by Michael Jackson. The Bride and Groom were introduced to the song “Signed Sealed Delivered” by Stevie Wonder. For the couple’s first Dance the bride and groom chose “Just The Way You Are” by Billy Joel.

This Connecticut wedding crowd was excited to dance with the sounds of the A-List Band.
Classic dance songs such as “My First, My Last, My Everything” by Barry White and “Shout” were requested by the bride and groom. The guests loved it!
A-List Band was thrilled to be the Connecticut wedding band for this beautiful Connecticut wedding.

Saturday, June 28, 2014 was a great night for Around Town Entertainment.
Three of the bands, the Around Town Band, the After Party Band and the A-List Band had the honor of performing for spectacular weddings!

The Around Town Band was at the Tribeca Rooftop, located in Tribeca, New York City for the wedding of Angela Conforti and Brian DeLeo.
On a perfect summer evening, with the sun kissing each guest, music filled the air. The jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment played on the rooftop as the guests enjoyed the stunning city views.

As the sun set, the guests moved downstairs to the main room of this upscale New York venue.
The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment greeted the guests as they danced their way into the room!
It was sure to be an exciting evening!

The bride and groom made their grand entrance to a Michael Jackson classic and the guests cheered the moment!
Next was the moment for the bride and groom to take their first dance. They chose the beautiful acoustic version of “Latch” by Sam Smith. All guests poured onto the dance floor to join the bride and groom on this dance and then it was time to party!
The guests really loved the most current top 40 hits and the band was thrilled to play everyone of their requests!

The party never stopped, even when it was time for the last song of the night. The crowd chanted for more music!
The band played an encore song and the crowd went wild!
These guests really came to dance and couldn’t get enough! What an exciting wedding!

The After Party Band was at the luxury 5 Star Pierre Hotel located in New York City’s east side for the wedding of Ruxandra Staicut and Todd Levy.
The evening began in the beautiful Wedgewood Room for the couple’s ceremony.
“Falling Slowly” from Once and “Come Away With Me” by Norah Jones were the chosen processional songs for the wedding bridal party and the bride and groom. The couples exchanged vows and then moved into the Pierre Hotel’s Salon for their cocktails.
The pianist from Around Town Entertainment continued playing for the conclusion of the ceremony and as the guests entered the Salon, the guitarist from Around Town Entertainment welcomed the guests in with more music!

Soon all guests were back in the Wedgewood Room for a evening of dinner and dancing.
The bride and groom set the mood just right when they chose “Marry You” by Bruno Mars as their introduction song!
They also chose the beautiful song “Let’s Stay Together” by Al Green as their first dance.
“Mr Saxobeat” by Alexandra Stan and “Danza Kudoro” by Don Omar were songs that the bride and groom requested the band play, and the guests really loved the choice!
The bride and groom and their guests danced the night away in style with the After Party Band! What a great event!

The Ethan Allen Hotel in Danbury, Connecticut was the setting for the much anticipated Maureen Sheehy and Brian Piazza wedding.

The couple chose the A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment.
After a sophisticated hour of cocktails and music by Around Town Entertainment’s jazz trio, the bride and groom and their guests had a night to remember!
What an appropriate way to introduce the bride and groom and their bridal party, with the song “Summer Love” by Justin Timberlake, and “Let’s Dance” by David Bowie. The couple chose the perfect songs to set the night on fire!
Songs like “Clarity” by Zedd, “Love Never Felt So Good” by Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake, “Feel This Moment” by Christina Aguilera, “As” by Stevie Wonder and “Treasure” by Bruno Mars were only some of the bride and groom’s chosen songs performed by the A-List Band.

The dance floor was packed all through the night and the memories of this celebration will last a lifetime!

Around Town Entertainment had three beautiful weddings on a weekend that started a bit early this week!
Our first wedding, on Thursday, June 19th started off the wedding weekend early!
Oheka Castle was the venue chosen by Aimee Kestenberg and Sean Elan for their New York style wedding.
The couple exchanged vows on the great lawn of this beautiful property.

Aimee and her bridal party walked down the aisle with a dramatic string quartet provided by Around Town Entertainment.
The guests moved inside, enjoying Around Town Entertainment’s jazz trio for their cocktail music.
For the reception, the guests moved into the main reception hall and danced the night away.
The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment and Aimee’s favorite DJ, shared the stage, playing everything from the top radio and club hits to the client’s favorite Elvis songs!

Oheka Castle is the perfect setting for a fairy tale wedding!

Saturday, June 21, 2014, was the wedding of Aynsley Karps and Nathan Farber.
The couple chose the quaint and architecturally beautiful Foundry in Long Island City, New York as their venue.
The couple first enjoyed a very warm and touching ceremony in the Foundry’s main room.

The acoustic guitarist from Around Town Entertainment played their ceremony music.
Songs such as “Sparks” by Coldplay and “You Are The Best Thing” by Ray LaMontagne were chosen as the couple’s ceremony music.
The guests then moved outdoors on a perfect summer’s eve to enjoy their sit down dinner.
The live dinner music was provided by Around Town Entertainment. The guests enjoyed a formal dinner as the ensemble serenaded the guests.
Once dinner was fully enjoyed, the guests moved back inside for a wedding dance party!

The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment was the chosen band for their wedding celebration.
Aynsley and Nathan started off the dance set with their official first dance as a married couple, with the song “Crazy Love” by Van Morrison. The guests then danced to a variety of styles of music selected by wedding couple.
Songs like “That’s What I Like About You” by the Romantics, “I Feel Good” by James Brown really had the crowd feeling elated as they burned up the dance floor!
As the couple was congratulated and the last song of the night was played, the crowd cheered for more music. The band was thrilled to oblige! The party ended with a bang and it was quite an amazing night!

Sunday afternoon, June 22, 2014, the Around Town Band was at the Temple Beth El in Chappaqua, New York. This Westchester synagogue was the perfect place for a New York wedding!
Katie Dreskin and Mark Boonshoft had attended another wedding with Around Town Entertainment and knew right away they had to have them for their wedding!
This beautiful couple first exchanged vows in the synagogue as the piano player from Around Town Entertainment played their favorite, chosen Beatles songs on the grand piano.
The guests then enjoyed their cocktails outdoors on a perfect sunny day.
The jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment set up and played outdoors for the guests.
For the reception, the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment set the room on fire with a traditional Hora and then with the couple’s favorite chosen dance hits.

Songs from Stevie Wonder, Chuck Berry, and Huey Lewis filled the room along with today’s current hits, including “Call Me Maybe” chosen by the bride!
This was an amazing Sunday afternoon wedding with great vibes and love in the air!

Around Town Entertainment was in Montauk on May 31, 2014 for the wedding of Allie Kosterich and Dan Salomone.
The couple selected the A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment as their wedding band!
The wedding was held at East of North East in beautiful Montauk, New York.
The event started with cocktails outdoors as the acoustic guitar and piano player from Around Town Entertainment serenaded the guests.
The guests took a stroll to the lake where the couple exchanged vows overlooking the lake as the sun set.
The ceremony music provided by Around Town Entertainment played the selected wedding ceremony songs.
“Tupelo Honey” by Van Morrison, “Si Tu Vois Ma Mere” by Sidney Bechet, “Claire De Lune” by Claude Debussy
and “What is Life” by George Harrison were all enjoyed as the ceremony commenced.
After the crowd cheered for the newlyweds, they moved to the dinner and dancing reception.
The guests walked in and the dancing began! The nine piece dance band treated the guests to the Allie and
Dan’s chosen dance songs,”Dance To the Music” by Sly and The Family Stone, “Hold On I’m Coming” by Sam and Dave and then “Into the Mystic” by Van Morrison for the couples first official dance as husband and wife.
A traditional Hora ensued and all guests joined in the on the jubilation!

Throughout the night, the guests filled the dance floor as the band played the couples favorite wedding music.
Some of their favorite wedding songs chosen were: “Timber” by Kesha, “Pickin up The Pieces” by The Average White Band, and “Shake Your Groove Thing” by Peaches and Herb. The father of the bride requested the song “Harrison” for the band to learn so that their guest could dedicate and sing the song as a tribute to the bride and groom and the family. The band was thrilled to learn the song and enjoyed the guests vocalist as he entertained the crowd!
The event went into overtime as the bride and groom and their guests didn’t want the party to end!
The A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment was thrilled to have been selected as the New York wedding band for Mr. and Mrs. Salomone!

What an exciting holiday weekend for Around Town Entertainment with three really beautiful weddings!
Saturday, May 24th, the Around Town Band performed for the wedding of Jamie Birckholtz and Kyle Derkacz.
The wedding took place at the beautiful Windows On The Water at Frogbridge in Millstone, New Jersey.
The bride and groom chose the acoustic guitar from Around Town Entertainment to play their wedding ceremony music.
With wedding songs like “Your Song” by Elton John, the classic wedding song “Canon In D” Pachelbel and “Here Comes The Sun” by the Beatles, the guitar was the perfect choice.
Then the guest enjoyed a very sophisticated setting for their cocktail hour and the jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment really set the mood!
The guests moved into a tented wedding reception, which was beautifully decorated and lit perfectly.

The guests danced the night away with some of the clients favorite wedding classics such as “What I Like About You” by the Romantics and “Super Freak” by Rick James. The dance floor was full, and the music never stopped!
Guests screamed for more music! The Around Town Band played all the guests’ favorite wedding songs and the night truly could not have been more perfect!
And what a great team with Scott and Jim at this amazing wedding venue! Everyone loved the atmosphere, and the attention to detail. The Around Town Band was honored to be chosen as the wedding band for this wonderful couple!

Sunday, May 25th, the Around Town Band was back in New York City! At the remarkable Hudson Theater!
This venue has a true classic supper club vibe with a legit Broadway stage. Many headliners and productions have been performed here and the band was thrilled to return to the theater again for another wonderful event!
Brian Rubin and Toby Sowers celebrated their wedding production to a full house!
The ceremony began with the couple on stage with a Chuppah that seemed to be suspended from the sky!
Such a warm and touching ceremony as the couple exchanged vows, and all the guests sang the Traditional Jewish wedding song “Oseh Shalom.” The pianist from Around Town Entertainment accompanied this beautiful Jewish wedding song. The guests then enjoyed the cocktail music as the piano, bass and guitar played a variety of the clients favorites.
The guests returned to the transformed theater for their wedding reception. It was a stunning production!
The 11 piece wedding band from Around Town Entertainment took the stage and wowed the guests all night!
The entire theater full of guests rushed the stage and the guests filled the stage completely as they rocked to some of the favorite wedding selections that Brian and Toby loved!

Madonna was a huge favorite, but they loved all the female vocalists of our time (Whitney, Maria, Britney, Cher and more!…yes, Britney too!). The band learned all their favorites and they were ecstatic! The stage was the place to be for all the guests who felt like “Shining Stars!!”

The After Party Band from Around Town Entertainment was the chosen wedding band for Daniel Kort and Leslie Rabach’s wedding which was also in New York City! This May 25 wedding celebration took place at the James Berden Mansion on East 91st Street.
The guests first had an outdoor cocktail hour as a trio from Around Town Entertainment played a cool jazz mix.
The guests moved into their private dinner room, where they shared toasts and dedications to the couple. The music continued to play as the trio moved to the grand room with the grand piano and the guests were serenaded during their dinner.
Once dinner was completed, everyone moved to another room to dance the night away! The After Party Band welcomed the guests in with a traditional Hora and then it was an all night dance affair! This couple loved the classic wedding songs that spanned the decades. The guests loved the songs too and could not stop raving about the music!
A beautiful night for a beautiful couple!
