Thursday, July 17th, 2014 the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment performed for a full crowd at the Red Lion in New York City. It was a great opportunity for some new wedding clients to hear the band perform live, as well as a chance to see some amazing clients who have used Around Town Entertainment as their chosen New York wedding band, New Jersey wedding band or Connecticut wedding band!
The band played dance music that had the crowd on their feet the entire night! September 18th, 2014, the Around Town Band will be back at the Red Lion where we can invite our Around Town Entertainment friends, and all our brides and grooms who will be having Around Town Entertainment as their New York wedding band, New Jersey wedding band and Connecticut wedding band.
Saturday, July 19th, 2014 was the wedding of Jennifer McGurk and Chris Esguerra. It was a true New York wedding experience at the stunningly beautiful venue known as Guastavino’s located on East 59th Street, New York City.
The evening began with a beautiful ceremony in the main open ballroom of Guastavino’s. The wedding ceremony piano player from Around Town Entertainment first serenaded the guests as the anticipation of the bride’s grand entrance built.
For the processional, the bridal walked to “Con Te Partiro” by Andrea Bocelli.
The bride chose the traditional wedding song “Wedding March” the Chris Wrisner version. For the recessional, the guests cheered the announcement of husband and wife to the song “Beautiful Day” by U2, and what a perfect song choice! It truly was a beautiful day and it had only just begun!
The guests went downstairs to the main floor for their glamorous cocktail party, as the trio from Around Town Entertainment played the perfect wedding cocktail music.
The guests then moved back to the ballroom which seemed to magically transform in one hour to the perfect, stunning dream wedding reception setting.
The couple’s first dance wedding song was “All Of Me” by John Legend.
The bride chose “Walk With You” by Edwin McCain as her father daughter wedding song.
“Find Your Wings” by Mark Harris was the selected song for Mother and son wedding song
The bride and groom also got to hear some of their favorite wedding dance songs specially learned and prepared by Around Town Entertainment
A mash up of “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody” The Great Gatsby and Black Eyed Pead “Dirty Bit/I Had The Time Of My Life” was the big hit!
