What a great weekend with the New York Entertainment company, Around Town Entertainment!

Saturday, October 18, 2014, was the wedding of Sheryn Hajtler and Warren Sackman.  The wedding was held at the Hamlet Golf and Country Club in Commack, NY.  The couple chose the NY wedding band, The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment.
It was an extraordinary night of dinner and dancing!
The bride and groom chose “Ho Hey” by the Lumineers as their wedding introduction song. They had the perfect first dance moment as their song “Then” by Brad Paisley was performed.
The bride and groom chose “Wonderful tonight” by Eric Clapton, “My Wish” by Rascall Flatts” and “In My Life” Beatles as the parent tribute songs.
The NY wedding band played “Lucky” by Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat for the cake cutting moment. The crowd exploded into dance as the couple’s favorite songs “Moves like Jagger” by Maroon 5, “I wanna dance with somebody” by Whitney Houston and “Proud Mary” by Tina Turner played.
The Around Town Band was thrilled to be part of the wedding!

Saturday October 18, 2014 was also the wedding of Lauren Blake and Mike Marinelli. Trump National Golf Club Philadelphia in Pine Hill, NJ was the
beautiful wedding venue chosen.
The couple chose the After Party Band from Around Town Entertainment as their NJ wedding band.

The day began with a touching ceremony. The NJ ceremony music performed by the Around Town Entertainment’s pianist, with chosen songs, “Unchained Melody” Righteous brothers, “Here comes The Bride,” “Make You Feel My Love” and the “Wedding March”
The guests then enjoyed cocktails as the trio from Around Town Entertainment created the perfect atmosphere.
The guests moved to the main reception and that is where the party began! The couple chose “Timber” Kesha as the wedding bridal party introduction song and then “Klingande” by Jubel for their grand entrance.
Their first Dance was “As You Are” by Mishka, and their parent dances were “Cinderella” by Stevin Curtis Chapman and “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts-
The guests truly enjoyed the song prepared by the NJ wedding band, “You Are The Best Thing” Ray La Montagne and “Latch” by Sam Smith.
It was an amazing night of NJ wedding music!

October 18 was also the wedding of Sara Gerstein and Dayne Fiorello.
The wedding event took place at the East Wind Inn and Spa in Wading River, NY. The bride and groom chose the A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment as their New York Wedding Entertainment
The couple had a charming ceremony and then the guests moved into a sophisticated cocktail hour, as the music from Around Town Entertainment performed.
The excited guests cheered as the the bridal party entered the reception.
The song “You’re the Best Around” Joe Esposito welcomed them in. The bride and groom came in with “Crazy In Love” by Beyonce and JayZ.
For the bride and groom first dance the NY wedding band played “Sara Smile” by Hall and Oats. The parent dance chosen was “You’ve got a Friend” James Taylor. After an jubilant Hora, the guests danced the nights away with songs like “Five Foot Two Eyes of Blue” “Spin Me Right Round” Dead or Alive, “Conga” Gloria Estefan and “All Night Long” Lionel Richie.
What a great night for the New York wedding band A-List!

October 19, 2014 was the wedding of Jonathan Rifenburg and Lisa Bain.
The wedding venue chosen was the stunning venue called The Garrison located at 2015 US 9, Garrison, NY.
The bride and groom chose the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment to perform their New York wedding music.
The ceremony musician from Around Town Entertainment performed
“Heartbeats” Jose Gonzalez for the processional and “I’ll Back you Up” Dave Matthews band for the groom’s entrance.
The stunning bride walked to the classic wedding song, “Canon In D.”
The recessional song was “In Your Eyes” by Peter Gabriel
The guests moved indoors to enjoy a lovely cocktail hour and then prepared for a night of dinner and dancing in the main room.
For the bridal party enntrance, the couple chose “Everlasting Love” Carl Carlton. As the bride and groom’s entrance song, the NY wedding band played “You’re My Best Friend” by Queen. Then they took their official first dance to “Nothing Can Change This Love” by Sam Cooke.
The band prepared the special requested wedding parent dance songs, “Long May You Run” Neil young and “93 Million Miles” by Jason Mraz
The guests enjoyed the classic hits and really livened up as the NY wedding band played today’s top hits!
Around Town Band was thrilled to be back at the Garrison!

Sunday, October 19, 2014 was also the wedding of Elizabeth Duberstein and Steven Weiss . The couple chose the After Party Band from Around Town Entertainment as their New Jersey wedding band.
The wedding began with the classic Jewish ceremony music, “Dodi Li”
“sunrise Sunset” and “Simon Tov.”
The guests cheered as the couple exchanged their vows and then enjoyed a cocktail hour with the jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment.
The reception was set off as the NJ wedding band played “Crazy in Love” by Beyonce and Jayz to welcome in the bridal party. The couple also chose, “Bring Em Out” by T.I. as their wedding introduction song.
The bride and groom had their wedding first dance to “How Long Will I Love You” by Ellie Goulding. For the parent dances, they chose “My Girl” by The Temptations and “You Are The Sunshine Of My Life” by Stevie wonder. The guests enjoyed a traditional Hora and also enjoyed a night with the couple’s favorite chosen songs, including “You’re the One That I Want” from Grease, “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” by Cyndi Lauper, “Cupid Shuffle” by Cupid, “Be My Baby” by the Ronettes, “Runaround Sue” by Dion and “Why Do Fools Fall in Love” Frankie Lymon.
The After Party was thrilled to have been chosen to perform this couple’s NJ wedding music!

Saturday, October 11, 2014 was the wedding of Ashley Libero and Michael Abate. The event was held at the Connecticut wedding venue, The Marquee Ballroom located at 960 Main Street, Hartford, Ct 06103.
The couple chose the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment as theirConnecticut wedding entertainment.

The guests enjoyed a lovely cocktail reception on the mezzanine in the Atrium, as the jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment performed.

The bride and groom and their bridal party then made a grand entrance into the Atrium as the Ct wedding band, the Around Town Band welcomed them in!
For the bridal party introduction song, the bride and groom chose “Fancy” Iggy Azalea. For the Bride and Groom introduction song, they chose “Honeybee” by Blake Shelton.
The official wedding first dance song was “The Greatest Story Ever Told” by Oliver James.
The guests then moved into the main ballroom for a sit down dinner and more with the Connecticut wedding music in that room.
The Around Town Band serenaded the guests during dinner and then reset in the Atrium one more time for a high energy dance party!
Formalities included the wedding parent dance songs “I Loved Her First” Heartland and “From Here To The Moon and Back” Dolly Parton.
Guests danced to some of the couple’s favorites including “Wiggle” Jason Derulo, and “Fireball” by Pitbull.
It was a smash Connecticut wedding event with the CT wedding music and entertainment by Around Town Entertainment.

Saturday, October 11, 2014 was also the wedding of Amy Trooskin and Andrew Levy. The New York wedding venue chosen was the Navy Beach Restaurant located at 16 Navy Road, Montauk, NY 11954.
The wedding couple chose After Party Band from Around Town Entertainment as their New York wedding band.
The event began with a beautiful ceremony. The pianist from Around Town Entertainment performed the chosen wedding ceremony songs “Hallelujah” Jeff Buckley for the processional, “Falling slowly” for the bride’s processional song and then “Use Somebody” Vitamin String quartet style.

The guests moved into the cocktail hour for an hour of sophisticated cocktail music by Around Town Entertainment’s jazz trio.

Then the party began! The New York wedding band began with the couple’s first Dance wedding song, “Crazy Love” Van Morrison.
They also prepared the special chosen wedding parent dance songs, “When You Need Me” Bruce Springstein and “Days Like This” Van Morrison.
After a traditional Hora, the guests rocked out to the songs “Rather Be” Clean Bandit, “Up Up and Away” Kid Cudi and “Take You Higher” Goodwill and Hook n Sling.

Another spectacular weekend with Around Town Entertainment! Four amazing events with Around Town Entertainment’s wedding bands and DJ.

September 27, 2014 was the wedding of Allison Varrone and Jeremy Fass. The event took place at the NY wedding venue, The Hamlet in Commack, New York.
The bridal party and the bride and groom entered the ceremony to as the pianist from Around Town Entertainment played the wedding ceremony music, “Here Comes The Sun” Beatles, “A Thousand Years” Christina Perry and “All You Need Is Love” Beatles.
The guests enjoyed cocktails as the jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment serenaded the guests and set the sophisticated mood.
From their the celebration began!
The couple chose the NY wedding band, the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment.
The bridal party and the bride and Groom entered the reception to “Crazy In Love” by Beyonce, going right into their first dance wedding song “Better Together” by Jack Johnson.
The bride had her father and daughter dance to the song “Daddy Dance With Me” by Krystal Keith and then the groom took a dance with his mom to the wedding mother dance song “I Turn To You” by Christina Aguilera.

September 27, 2014 was also the wedding of Elizabeth McDaniel and Albert Stemmler. The wedding couple had a true New York City wedding! They chose the New York City wedding venue, the High Line Hotel, in NYC.
The couple chose the New York City wedding band,After Party Band, from Around Town Entertainment.
After cocktails with Around Town Entertainment’s sophisticated cocktail music, the song “New York, New York” by Frank Sinatra welcomed the bridal party to the reception. The bride and groom entrance song was “This Will Be” by Natalie Cole. Their first dance wedding song was “Islands In The Stream” by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton.
For the wedding parent dance songs, they chose “My Girl” Temptations and “In My Life” Beatles.
As the guests danced the night away to the NYC wedding entertainment, the band played the couple’s favorite song selections, including, “You Are The Sunshine of My Life” Stevie Wonder, “I Want You Back” Jackson 5, “Empire State of Mind” JayZ and Alecia Keys, “Superstition” Stevie Wonder and “Honky Tonk Woman” Rolling Stones.

September 27, 2014 was also the wedding of Marie Carillo and Brian Lee. The couple chose the New York City wedding band, A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment. The celebration took place at the NYC wedding venue, TheHarmonie Club at 4 East 60th Street, Manhattan, NY 10022

The wedding began with a cool, sophisticated cocktail hour with music by Around Town Entertainment.
The reception was amazing! The bridal party danced into the room with “Mr. Saxobeat” Alexandra Sande and then the bride and groom chose the wedding entrance song,”Finally” Cece Penniston. The 40th birthday bash was a huge hit as Eric Turiansky went all out for his wife’s big day!

Saturday, September 13, 2014 was a wonderful night in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
The wedding celebration for William Patrick Reiley and Allison Stover was held at the beautiful wedding venue, The Saucon Valley Country Club.
The couple chose a nine piece wedding band from the NY wedding entertainmentcompany, Around Town Entertainment!
First the guests enjoyed cocktails and a jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment indoors until mother nature took her break for the beautiful tented wedding reception.
The sky brightened as the Around Town Band welcomed the guests into the reception!
The bridal party was introduced to the perfect wedding song, “Best Days Of My Life” American Authors. Then the Bride and Groom entered with “You Are The Best Thing” Ray LaMontagne. For the couple’s First Dance wedding song, they chose the acoustic version of “Latch” by Sam Smith.
The wedding parent dances were “You Are” by Lionel Richie and “Simple Man” by Lynyrd Skynryd.
Additional wedding songs that the New York City band specially prepared for this Pennsylvania event were “Beast Of Burden” Rolling Stones, “Thunder Clatter” Wild Cub, “Excuse me Miss” by Chris Brown and “Beautiful” by Miguel and Mariah Carey.
The event was filled with joy as the guests danced the night away and packed the dance floor!

September 2014 is off to a great start start with four stunning weddings!
Around Town Entertainment was all around the Tri-State area this weekend providing wedding music in Connecticut, wedding music in New Jersey and wedding music in New York!

On Saturday, September 6, 2014, the Around Town Band was the chosen New York wedding band for the Melissa Cantor and Jake Leiby wedding.
The wedding ceremony and celebration were at the New York wedding venue, Studio Square, in Astoria, New York 11106
The bride and groom chose “Wagon Wheel” by Old Crow Medicine Show for the wedding processional song and the bride chose “Dodi Li: for her processional wedding bride’s song.
For the wedding recessional song, they chose “Lovely Day” by Bill Withers.
After the jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment serenaded the guests during the cocktail hour, the excited crowd moved to the reception.

The New York wedding entertainment Around Town Entertainment, welcomed the bride and groom into their wedding entrance song “Step in The Name Of Love” by R.Kelly.
This was also their first official wedding dance song For the wedding parent dance songs, they chose “I Loved Her First” by Heartland and “God Only Knows” by the Beach Boys.

There was a jubilant Hora that started the exciting dance event!
The crowd danced the night away to all their favorite songs including hte bride’s requested songs “Single Ladies” Beyonce, “We Found Love” by Rihanna and “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” by Whitney Houston.
It was an exciting night of New York wedding entertainment!

Saturday, September 6, 2014, was also the Connecticut wedding with entertainment by theAfter Party Band!
This Connecticut wedding band from Around Town Entertainment was the chosen wedding band for the Kerry Schulz and Steve Lebedevitch wedding.

The wedding venue was the Birchwood Country Club located at 25 Kings Highway South, Westport, CT 06880.
The guests arrived to elegant music by Around Town Entertainment’s wedding cocktail music.
The guests then started the night off with a bang! The bridal party and bride and groom made a grand entrance to “Everybody needs Somebody” Blues Brothers. Then the couple danced to their wedding first dance song “Better Than Love” by Griffin House.
“When you Need Me” by Bruce Springstein and “Forever Young” by Rod Stewart were the chosen wedding parent dance songs.
The crowd really loved the bride and groom’s favorite wedding song choices, “Mustang Sally” by Wilson Pickett, “Don’t Stop Believin” by Journey and “Lover Lay Down” by Dave Matthews.
The crowd raved that the After Party Band was some of the best Connecticut wedding entertainment they’ve ever heard!

Saturday, September 6, 2014 was also the wedding of Carrie Rooke and Tom Monahan.
The wedding took place at the Rooke Residence in Morristown, NJ.
The couple chose Around Town Entertainment’s newest band The At Midnight Band as their New Jersey wedding band.
The guests enjoyed the wedding cocktail music performed by Around Town Entertainment’s jazz trio.
Then it was time for an amazing dance reception with New Jersey’s best dance music from Around Town Entertainment!
The bride and groom chose the First Dance wedding song “Long May You Run” by Neil Young.
They requested the first uptempo wedding song to be “You Make My Dreams Come True” by Hall and Oats, and that set the night off!
“Teach Your Children” by Crosby Still Nash and “Copperline” by James Taylor were the chosen wedding parent dance songs.
They also chose “When I’m 64” by the Beatles as their wedding cake Cutting song. The bride and groom chose “Sloop John B” for the last wedding song after an exhilarating night of NJ wedding entertainment.

Saturday, September 6, 2014 was another New York wedding, which took place at the upscale wedding venue, The Cooperstown Country Club located at 5738 New York 80, Cooperstown, NY 13326.
The bride Brittany Soule and groom, Daniel Horowitz chose the New York wedding band, The A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment.
The evening began with a touching ceremony at the nearby church, with the ceremony pianist from Around Town Entertainment.
The chosen wedding ceremony songs were “Jesu, Joy of a Man’s Desiring,” “Canon in D,”A Thousand Years” by The Piano Guys. The crowd cheered as the music “You are The Best Thing” by Ray La Montagne played.
The piano and guitar duo from Around Town Entertainment played all the cool outdoor music for the guests during their wedding cocktail hour.
The bride and groom made a grand wedding entrance from a boat, walking in on the dock as they were announced! What a clever idea for an wedding entrance!
The couple chose “Crazy Love” by John Mayer as their first dance song.
The bride chose the Father Daughter dance song “What A Wonderful World” L. Armstrong. Then the groom dance to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts for his mother daughter dance song.
The bride’s uncle joined the band and sang “Under My Thumb” by Rolling Stones.
Other chosen wedding songs were “Danzo Kuduro” as well as the couple’s favorite top 40 wedding songs performed by the New York wedding band.

Two great weekends, four weddings and a corporate event with Around Town Entertainment 150 150 adam Michaels

August has been a very exciting month for Around Town Entertainment!
The last two weekends were filled with four amazing weddings and our annual New York corporate event for Clinique.
Next weekend will also be a wonderful weekend with four more weddings! Details soon to come on those weddings!

Here is a bit more about the events we had the pleasure in being part of!

August 16, 2014 was the wedding of Luke Wilson and Maddie Rahner.
The wedding was at the classic and exclusive New York City wedding venue, The Plaza Hotel.
The couple’s ceremony began in the Terrace Room, which was brilliantly designed for the occasion.

The music played by the pianist from Around Town Entertainment as the guests waited in anticipation.
For the wedding processional music, the chosen song was “Make You Feel My Love” by Adele. For the the bride’s ceremony processional song, the song “Canon in D” was chosen.
For the recessional the bagpipes from Around Town Entertainment in traditional Scottish kilts played “Loch Lomond.” The bagpipes escorted the guests to the cocktail hour where the jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment serenaded the guests with the chosen wedding cocktail music.

The guests then moved into the main ballroom of the Plaza Hotel for a night of wedding festivities.
The wedding strolling bagpipes along with a drummer played as the bridal party and the bride and groom made their grand entrance into the ballroom.
For the wedding bridal party entrance song the bagpipes played “Scotland The Brave” and for the bride and groom’s entrance, they played “The Green Hills of Tyrol.”
Then the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment took over as the bride and groom took their first dance as husband and wife. The wedding song “You Are The Best Thing” by Ray LaMontagne was their chosen song.
From then on it was a wild party for all to enjoy! The dance floor was packed for the duration of the evening as the guests from New York and from abroad came together to celebrate this beautiful couple’s spectacular event! This was a true New York wedding with exciting New York wedding music from Around Town Entertainment!Also on August 16, was the beautiful wedding of Jessica Brondo and Nicholas Dovidoff.
The wedding took place at another stunning and classic New York City wedding venue, Gotham Hall.

The ceremony began with the music played by Around Town Entertainment.
The wedding processional song chosen was “Green Eyes” by Coldplay.
The bride chose “Sea Of Love” by cat power as her wedding processional song.
For the recessional the song was “Everlasting Light” by Black Keys.

The jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment was the selected sophisticated music choice for the guests wedding cocktail music.
Once the New York city wedding reception began, the A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment danced the guests to oblivion!
As the bride and groom wedding entrance song, the band played “You’re All I Need To Get By” by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell.
For the Father Daughter wedding Dance, the song “Summertime” by Jill Scott and George Benson was the chosen song.
“I’m Into Something Good” by Herman Hermit was the song chosen for the mother son wedding song.
Other selected songs were “Sir Duke” by Stevie Wonder, “You’re My Best Friend” by Queen and “Shining Star” Earth Wind and fire. The A-List band was thrilled to provide this amazing couple their New York City wedding music.

August 23, 2014 was the wedding of James Reed to Maureen Doherty.
The couple chose the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment as their New York wedding band. The event took place at the New York wedding venue, The Glen Island Harbor Club in New Rochelle.
The wedding cocktail music from Around Town Entertainment set the mood for an elegant event.
Soon the guests arrived and it was clear they were ready for a party!
The guests danced the night away to their favorite hits!
But first the band played the wedding Bridal Party Entrance song “Centerfold” J. Geils band.
For the Bride and Groom Entrance song, they chose “Start Me Up” by Rolling Stones. The classic wedding song, “Stand By Me” was the couple’s first wedding dance song.
Other New York city wedding music chosen was “In My Life” by the Beatles, “Aint No mountain High Enough,” “Single Ladies” by Beyonce, “Moves Like Jagger” by Maroon 5 and “Sweet Caroline” by Neil Diamond.
What an exciting evening with New York wedding entertainment by Around Town Entertainment.

August 23rd was also the wedding of Elizabeth Galietto and John Rutter.
The event took place in Cooperstown, New York, with the After Party Band from Around Town Entertainment.

The After Party Band was the right choice for their New York Wedding music.
The couple loved the Beatles, so their wedding ceremony music chosen was all Beatles selections! “In My Life” Beatles, “Here There Everywhere” Beatles and “Two Of Us” Beatles.
The pianist played all the wedding ceremony songs as the bridal party and the bride walked down the aisle.

After the guests enjoyed the wedding cocktail music provided by Around Town Entertainment’s trio, they moved into the reception to dance with the New York wedding band, After Party!
For the wedding Bridal Party Entrance song, the bride and groom chose “Love Somebody” by Maroon. Then the couple took their first dance to “Maybe I’m Amazed” by Paul McCartney.
Other fun selections chosen were, “timber” by Pitbull and Kesha
and “Pompeii” by Bastille. The bride and groom and their guests loved the chosen New York wedding music.

On Monday, August 25, 2014, the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment performed for the Clinique’s annual New York Corporate event!
The event was a celebration for the very best within their company worldwide!
The guests flew in from all over the continent to celebrate at the historic Central Park Boathouse.
The band played a good mix of sophisticated songs perfect for a dinner in the park. Once the guests were ready to dance, it was high energy all the way, and all night! The guest danced to the world’s most famous and popular song hits! The guests took every moment to get photographs with the band and were so excited to be part of Clinique’s amazing dinner celebration!

Around Town Entertainment had two more amazing weddings to finish up July and another to start off August with a bang!

July 26, 2014 was a great night!  The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment was at the Temple Sinai of Roslyn for the New York wedding of Wendy Gold and Jeff Gensler.
The ceremony began with the beautiful songs played by Around Town Entertainment’s  classical ceremony string musicians. “Across the Universe” by The Beatles was the chosen ceremony processional song and “I’m Yours” by Jason Mraz was the bride’s song for the ceremony.
These songs sounded beautiful played by the ceremony classical string ensemble.

After a festive cocktail hour, the guests moved into the reception for a great night of high energy dancing! This crowd didn’t miss a beat!
The bride and groom first had their wedding party introductions to Ne-yo and Pitbull’s “Give Me Everything.” Then the couple danced to their chosen wedding first dance song “Everything” by Michael Buble.
From there, the party began! From the onset, the bride told us they wanted to dance all night, and that they did! With all their favorite wedding songs covering all the decades, the band played non stop high energy dance music throughout the event.
The crowd went crazy and the bride and groom were beyond thrilled to join them!!
The A-List band from Around Town Entertainment was the chosen New York wedding band for the Heather Desaro and Chris Horvat wedding on July 26, 2014.
The Inn at New Hyde Park, was the New York wedding venue for this beautiful wedding!
The jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment played a cool mix of wedding cocktail music to begin this night.

The reception began with “Happy” by Pharrell for the bride and groom’s grand entrance.
A Special guest joined the band to play the couple’s first dance wedding song “Can’t Help Falling In Love” by Ingrid Michaelson.
The band prepared the songs “Lullabye” by-Billy Joel and”Days Like This” by Van Morrison for their special wedding parent dances.
The band also prepared some special unique songs such as “Kapitanskie Tango” and “Come Share The Wine” Al Martino.
This was a great night of amazing music for an amazing couple!

August 2, 2014 was the wedding of Jacqueline Ward and Chris Peters.
The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment traveled to Newport, Rhode Island to the beautiful wedding venue, Castle Hill.

The guests first entered an elegantly designed tented cocktail hour and the wedding cocktail music was featured as the trio from Around Town Entertainment hit all the right notes!

For the reception, “Thunderstruck” by AC/DC was the intense song that energized the crowd as the bride and groom were welcomed into the stunning reception space.
The bride and groom took their first wedding Dance to “Three Little Birds” by Bob Marley

The bride and groom were charged and ready to dance! They couldn’t have been more excited to dance to their favorite high energy songs.

The crowd cheered for the bride and groom as the band played on throughout the night. The music never stopped and the night was electric with energy!
What an amazing time in Newport, Rhode Island!

Around Town Entertainment had a wonderful weekend with four amazing weddings!

July 11, 2014 The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment was at Oheka Castle, in Huntington, New York for the wedding of Kristin Harrington and John Conciatori.
The evening began with a touching ceremony in the stunning open garden and courtyard of the castle. The setting could not have been more perfect. The harpist from Around Town Entertainment played classic wedding ceremony music.The bride walked down the isle to “Canon in D” Pachelbel. The “Wedding March” was played once the couple was announced as husband and wife.

The guests moved into the castle for their cocktail hour, where they enjoyed the jazz triofrom Around Town Entertainment.

For the reception, the guests moved into the grand room where the guests enjoyed a wide variety of favorites chosen by Mr. and Mrs. Harrington.  The bride and groom chose Sinatra’s “The Way You Look Tonight” as their first dance wedding song.
The band made sure to play special requested songs including “Little Bitty Pretty One” Bobby Day, “Rock Around The Clock” Bill Hailey, “Jump In the Line” Harry Belefonte and “Paradise By The Dashboard Lights” Meatloaf.
The crowd loved the songs and the night could not have been more perfect!

On July 12, 2014, the Around Town Band was the chosen New York wedding band for Blaire Berman and David Marsella.
The wedding was at the Garrison, in Garrison, New York.
With another perfect summer day, the ceremony was outdoors on the Garrison’s beautiful lawn with the stunning views.
The wedding piano player from Around Town Entertainment played “Il Postino” Luis Enriquez Bacalove for the processional, “Falling Slowly” Once, for the bride and “La Vie En Rose” Edith Piaf for the recessional.

The guests moved indoors to enjoy an hour of cocktails as the trio from Around Town Entertainment serenaded.
The reception was where the party really came to life with an exciting traditional Hora and then dance sets filled with the crowd’s favorite top 40 dance hits!

Once the music began, the party never stopped. What a great and exciting New York wedding!

July 12, 2014, the After Party Band from Around Town Entertainment was the chosen New York wedding band for the wedding of Hayley Mines and Lance Becker.

The wedding reception took place at the North Shore Synagogue in Syosset, New York.

The Bride and Groom chose “Today Was A Good Day” by Ice Cube as the song for their grand entrance. Their first dance was “Harvest Moon” by Neil Young. The bride danced with her father to the song, “What A Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong. The groom danced with him mother to the song “In My Life” by the Beatles.
The crowd danced the night away with some of the couple’s favorites songs, including “Every changing Time” by Aretha Franklin, “Mr. Jones” by Counting Crows and “Finally” by CeCe Peniston.

July 12, 2014 the A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment performed for the wedding of Bethany Cook and Joseph Fuscaldo. The Waterview located in Monroe, Connecticut was the chosen wedding venue.

After a sophisticated cocktail hour, with music played by Around Town Entertainment’s ensemble, the party began with a bridal party entrance to “Don’t Stop Till You Get Enough” by Michael Jackson. The Bride and Groom were introduced to the song “Signed Sealed Delivered” by Stevie Wonder. For the couple’s first Dance the bride and groom chose “Just The Way You Are” by Billy Joel.

This Connecticut wedding crowd was excited to dance with the sounds of the A-List Band.
Classic dance songs such as “My First, My Last, My Everything” by Barry White and “Shout” were requested by the bride and groom. The guests loved it!
A-List Band was thrilled to be the Connecticut wedding band for this beautiful Connecticut wedding.

July 4th weekend was an exciting weekend for Around Town Entertainment!
The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment was the chosen band for the Quogue Field Club’s annual Fourth of July celebration!
The event took place on July 5th at the Quogue Field Club, in Quogue, New York.
The band played continuous live dance music for the excited crowd! Once the several hundred guests hit the dance floor, they never left! It was a very high energy atmosphere, as the band played every classic and Top 40 hit!
The crowd cheered with approval as each song began! As the night ended, the guests wanted more! They cheered for an encore song and the band happily obliged!
What a way to celebrate the Fourth!

July 6, 2014 was the wedding day for Marco Wylie and Sadie Gunuey.
The couple celebrated their wedding at the Liberty Warehouse in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

The couple chose After Party Bandfrom Around Town Entertainment as their wedding band.
The night started with a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The pianist from Around Town Entertainment played classic wedding songs for the processional. The beautiful song, “Noturno” by Chopin played for the bridal party and the classic wedding song, “The Wedding March” by Mendelssohn was the song for the beautiful bride.
The guests enjoyed their cocktail hour as the jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment played a great variety of jazz selections.

For the reception, the wedding bridal party and the bride and groom were announced to the song “Sleep Walk” by Santo and Johnny. The bride and groom also chose “You Send Me” by Sam Cooke as their first dance.
The guests enjoyed a traditional Italian Tarantella and then danced the night away as theNew York City wedding band played the bride and groom’s favorite songs!

July 6, 2014 was also the wedding of Laila Assaad and Benjamin Yagoubian
The couple celebrated their wedding at the New York Central Park Boathouse
The A-List Band from Around Town Entertainment was the chosen wedding band for this New York City wedding.
The bride and groom had a beautiful ceremony and then all the guests enjoyed cocktails outdoors on the water.
The trio from Around Town Entertainment entertained the guests.
For the reception, the couple chose a mash up of “Party Rock” by Lmfao and “Pa Parlo Americano” for the bridal party’s entrance and then “Let’s Get Married” by Jagged Edge for their grand entrance.
The guests enjoyed a traditional Hora and then a night filled with energy dance music.
The bride and groom really loved more of the current radio hits, so the A-List Band designed their night around this style of music. Songs like “Happy” by Pharrell, and “Timber” by Kesha and Pitbull were their favorites.
The night was a huge success as the couple and their guests danced the night away!

Around Town Entertainment had three beautiful weddings on a weekend that started a bit early this week!
Our first wedding, on Thursday, June 19th started off the wedding weekend early!
Oheka Castle was the venue chosen by Aimee Kestenberg and Sean Elan for their New York style wedding.
The couple exchanged vows on the great lawn of this beautiful property.

Aimee and her bridal party walked down the aisle with a dramatic string quartet provided by Around Town Entertainment.
The guests moved inside, enjoying Around Town Entertainment’s jazz trio for their cocktail music.
For the reception, the guests moved into the main reception hall and danced the night away.
The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment and Aimee’s favorite DJ, shared the stage, playing everything from the top radio and club hits to the client’s favorite Elvis songs!

Oheka Castle is the perfect setting for a fairy tale wedding!

Saturday, June 21, 2014, was the wedding of Aynsley Karps and Nathan Farber.
The couple chose the quaint and architecturally beautiful Foundry in Long Island City, New York as their venue.
The couple first enjoyed a very warm and touching ceremony in the Foundry’s main room.

The acoustic guitarist from Around Town Entertainment played their ceremony music.
Songs such as “Sparks” by Coldplay and “You Are The Best Thing” by Ray LaMontagne were chosen as the couple’s ceremony music.
The guests then moved outdoors on a perfect summer’s eve to enjoy their sit down dinner.
The live dinner music was provided by Around Town Entertainment. The guests enjoyed a formal dinner as the ensemble serenaded the guests.
Once dinner was fully enjoyed, the guests moved back inside for a wedding dance party!

The Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment was the chosen band for their wedding celebration.
Aynsley and Nathan started off the dance set with their official first dance as a married couple, with the song “Crazy Love” by Van Morrison. The guests then danced to a variety of styles of music selected by wedding couple.
Songs like “That’s What I Like About You” by the Romantics, “I Feel Good” by James Brown really had the crowd feeling elated as they burned up the dance floor!
As the couple was congratulated and the last song of the night was played, the crowd cheered for more music. The band was thrilled to oblige! The party ended with a bang and it was quite an amazing night!

Sunday afternoon, June 22, 2014, the Around Town Band was at the Temple Beth El in Chappaqua, New York. This Westchester synagogue was the perfect place for a New York wedding!
Katie Dreskin and Mark Boonshoft had attended another wedding with Around Town Entertainment and knew right away they had to have them for their wedding!
This beautiful couple first exchanged vows in the synagogue as the piano player from Around Town Entertainment played their favorite, chosen Beatles songs on the grand piano.
The guests then enjoyed their cocktails outdoors on a perfect sunny day.
The jazz trio from Around Town Entertainment set up and played outdoors for the guests.
For the reception, the Around Town Band from Around Town Entertainment set the room on fire with a traditional Hora and then with the couple’s favorite chosen dance hits.

Songs from Stevie Wonder, Chuck Berry, and Huey Lewis filled the room along with today’s current hits, including “Call Me Maybe” chosen by the bride!
This was an amazing Sunday afternoon wedding with great vibes and love in the air!
