They Never Doubted The Process 565 550 adam Michaels

They Never Doubted The Process

Kelsey and Michael met and fell in love while they were students at Fordham University. The two were introduced during their first week at school by Kelsey’s twin brother Tim. Mike lived in the basement of South residence hall, the same dorm both Kelsey and Tim resided in, and Tim was looking for some new college friends. Whether they were at a Saturday afternoon Yankee game or late night bar hopping, Mike and Kelsey were learning more and more about each other and the city they were beginning to call home.

After graduation, Mike and Kelsey were faced with the difficult reality of no longer living in the same city. Michael earned a job in finance in Manhattan and Kelsey went home to Guilderland to work at a hospital and apply to physician assistant programs. The next two years consisted of spending every other weekend or so together. While it was difficult, they never doubted the process.

Finally, in July, just two days after taking her board certification exam, Michael sealed the deal and asked Kelsey to marry him! He used his 26th birthday as the perfect decoy to plan a romantic getaway at The Sagamore on Lake George. After being at the resort for a quick 10 minutes, Michael couldn’t wait any longer and popped the question on the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the waterfront.

When it came time for Kelsey and Michael to say “I Do,” it only felt right to go back to the place where it all began—Fordham University! The ceremony took place in the chapel on-campus, a place that brought back a lot of memories for the couple.

After the beautiful ceremony, everyone headed over to the VIP Country Club in New Rochelle for the reception! The party started with a cocktail hour in the Club’s 600 Lounge. As everyone took time to mingle and congratulate the happy couple, they enjoyed music from Around Town Entertainment’s Jazz Trio.

After cocktails, the couple and their guests went over to the West Wing Ballroom for the reception. As everyone arrived in the ballroom, Around Town’s Altitude Band was there and ready to rock! The reception was kicked off to an upbeat start as the wedding party entered to Jennifer Lopez’s “Let’s Get Loud,” getting everyone pumped up and ready to party. The guests applauded as Kelsey and Michael entered to “Beautiful Day” by U2, both of them beaming with joy. The Altitude Band then slowed things down for the happy couple’s first dance, set to the classic power ballad “I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing” by Aerosmith. As Kelsey and Michael danced, their chemistry was undeniable!

Soon it was time to cut the cake! The band played Luke Combs’ “Loving On You” as Kelsey and Michael sliced into their cake together. After enjoying the delicious wedding cake, everyone flooded the dance floor, ready to dance! The Altitude Band played all of Kelsey and Michael’s favorite rock songs, including “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers and Def Leppard’s “Pour Some Sugar on Me.” It was an unforgettable night!

Since they were kids

Shari and Ross’s story began in 1991 when they were in the same nursery school class. It wasn’t, however, love at first sight. Though there are pictures of them in class and an old VHS tape of Ross at Shari’s third birthday party, they were not exceptionally close. After nursery school, the two lost touch until Ross moved back to Sudbury, but again, it wasn’t love at first sight. While they were in the same Hebrew school and attended many of the same bar and bat mitzvahs, they were still never close. After high school, they lost touch again, though their parents remained close friends.

The event that finally brought these two together was a goodbye brunch for their rabbi. Over the course of the meal, the two bonded over childhood memories and decided to keep in touch. Shari and Ross saw each other again six months later at a Yom Kippur breakfast, where their connection solidified. After Yom Kippur, they began to talk more and more. About a month later, during the World Series, Ross invited Shari over to watch the game–their first date! Since then they have made many wonderful memories, from exciting vacations to romantic nights in. Their favorite place to go together in Maine, especially in the summer when they can take long morning walks on the beach. Those morning walks became even more special on March 28, 2020, when Ross proposed right there on the beach.

Fast forward to the big day! Shari and Ross said “I do” at the Glen Island Harbor Country Club in New Rochelle. The ceremony featured Around Town Entertainment’s guitarist! Shari looked stunning as she walked down the aisle to Pachelbel’s Canon. After Shari and Ross were pronounced husband and wife, they recessed back up the aisle to a guitar rendition of “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran!

After the beautiful ceremony, everyone headed down to the Club’s lower atrium for cocktail hour. As the guests mingled and enjoyed their drinks, they enjoyed music from Around Town Entertainment’s Jazz Trio–featuring a guitarist, pianist, and bass player!

The happy couple and their guests then adjourned to the aptly named Paradise Room for the reception! Shari and Ross made their grand entrance to Redbone’s “Come and Get Your Love,” played by Around Town’s After Party Band. The band then slowed things down for the couple’s first dance, set to “I See the Light” from Disney’s “Tangled,” and as they danced, it was impossible not to see the sparks flying! The slow dances continued as Shari shared a heartfelt dance with her father to “This Dance” by Scott Thomas. Ross and his mother then grooved to Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Simple Man,” drawing applause from the crowd.

Then it was time to cut the cake! Shari and Ross sliced into their beautiful tiered wedding cake as the band played “Cake By the Ocean” by DNCE! The cake and the upbeat tune got everyone in the mood for dancing. The After Party Band played all of Shari and Ross’ favorite hits, keeping everyone dancing well into the night!

Mazel Tov, Shari and Ross!

She Knew She Had a Good One 2560 1440 adam Michaels

She Knew She Had a Good One

Sara and Stephen’s story started in October 2016 when Stephen liked one of Sara’s pictures on Hinge. After two weeks of back and forth and some not-so-subtle hints from Sara that she was free for dinner, they decided to meet at the 5 Napkin Burger in Union Square! Needless to say, dinner went quite well. After a few months of dating, Stephen took care of Sara when she got the flu. After seeing Stephen’s stellar bedside manner, Sara knew she found a good one. This was only solidified on their first Valentine’s Day when Stephen met Sara outside of her office with the greatest surprise…cheese fries from Shake Shack!

Sara was starting law school in the Fall of 2017, the next 3 years brought library dates and trips back and forth from New Jersey–resulting in Stephen moving in with Sara in Brooklyn. The Covid Pandemic threw out some curveballs–canceling Sara’s graduation and bringing them to quarantine at Sara’s parents in New Jersey. Stephen wanted to watch the sunrise at the beach once more and said it would bring Sara’s law school career full circle. On May 31st they woke up extra early and headed out to the beach. After watching the sky, Sara stood up to take a picture of the sun. When she turned around, Stephen was down on one knee!

Sara and Stephen celebrated their big day at The Reserve at Perona Farms in Andover, NJ. The beautiful ceremony featured Around Town Entertainment’s pianist! Stephen could barely contain his excitement as he watched Sara walk down the aisle to The Beatles’s “Here Comes the Sun.” After the happy couple was pronounced husband and wife, their guests erupted in applause as they walked back up the aisle to “All You Need Is Love”—a song very suiting to the occasion!

The couple and their guests then enjoyed a cocktail hour underscored by Around Town’s Jazz Trio! Guests tapped their toes to the tunes of all their favorite upbeat Jazz standards. What a way to get the party started!

Then it was time for the reception! Everyone entered the Reserve’s beautiful ballroom, where they were greeted by Around Town’s After Party Band, ready to rock! The wedding party entered the reception dancing to Fergie’s party anthem “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody,” the fun beat allowing every bridesmaid and groomsman a moment to show off their moves! Sara and Stephen made their grand entrance to “Crazy In Love” by Beyoncé, and anyone can tell you that “Crazy In Love” definitely describes how these two feel about each other. The band then slowed things down for the couple’s first dance—set to “Heaven” by Kane Brown!

Everyone flooded the dance floor as the band began to play the Hora, a great way to get everyone on their feet! The After Party Band kept everyone rocking well into the night, playing all of Sara and Stephan’s favorite tunes including Stevie Wonder’s “I Just Called To Say I Love You” and “Don’t Stop Me Now” by Queen. It was truly an unforgettable night!

Thanks, Stephen and Sara for letting the After Party Band rock your party!

Love at First Swipe!

Janelle and Daniel met in July 2015 and it was love at first swipe! After only a few messages they were already talking like they’d known each other for years. It wasn’t long until they knew that they needed to meet. Their first date was at a beautiful rooftop restaurant in Stamford, where they watched the sunset while having a romantic candle-lit dinner. They spent hours getting to know each other better, and realizing all they had in common, including the fact that they are both dog lovers! After that wonderful night, they have developed an inseparable bond and supported each other through many ups and downs.

The couple got engaged on their first pandemic getaway to the town of Okemo Mountain in Vermont. Daniel surprised Janelle with dinner at a romantic local restaurant. When he popped the question over dessert, Janelle joyfully said “yes!”

Fast forward to the big day! Janelle and Daniel said “I do” in a beautiful ceremony at St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Middletown, CT. After the wonderful ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests then headed over to the Lyman Orchards Golf Club to get the party started! The guests were greeted with cocktails on the Club’s grounds, accompanied by Around Town Entertainment’s Jazz trio, featuring a pianist, guitarist, and a bass player. As they enjoyed their drinks and appetizers, guests tapped their toes to all their favorite Jazz standards!

It was then time for the reception! Guests entered the beautiful reception tent, where Around Town’s Artists Band was already rocking out! The bridal party entered onto the dance floor accompanied by the artists Band playing “Can’t Stop the Feeling” by Justin Timberlake, the upbeat tune gave every member of the party a moment to show off their unique dance moves. Everyone erupted into applause as Janelle and Daniel danced into the tent to Calvin Harris’s “Feel So Close.” The band then slowed things down for Janelle and Daniel’s first dance, playing a slow and romantic rendition of Vance Joy’s “Missing Piece.” From the way they looked into each other’s eyes as they danced, anyone could see that the happy couple are undeniably in love!

Members of the wedding party then gave toasts to the happy couple, underscored by the Artists Band playing a beautiful instrumental version of Elton John’s “Your Song.” The nostalgic tune was the perfect accompaniment for the funny stories and heartfelt well-wishes that filled the speeches given by Daniel and Janelle’s closest friends! The event stayed on that sentimental note going into the father/daughter dance. Janelle and her father shared a hug as they began their slow dance to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts. Daniel and his mom charmed the crowd as they swayed along to “Do You Realize?” by The Flaming Lips, a favorite of Daniel’s.

Janelle and Daniel cut their beautiful wedding cake as the Artists Band played “Sugar” by Maroon 5, the perfect song choice to accompany such a delicious sugary treat! The band continued to play everyone’s favorite songs as everyone grooving on the dance floor well into the night!

Emily and Bryan both grew up in the town of Fairfield, CT, but went to different schools growing up and did not know each other. Their paths finally crossed at Bryan’s brother, Jeff, and Emily’s friend, Lauren’s, engagement party at Bryan’s family’s house in October 2016. When they were introduced at the party, they both sensed a little spark, but nothing came of it–yet! They didn’t see each other again until Lauren & Jeff’s wedding in June 2017. That night they hit it off, barely leaving each other’s sides all night, and have been inseparable ever since!

Bryan proposed on a trip to Block Island in July 2020. Block Island is a special place to Emily and Bryan because it’s where they took their first trip together in the summer of 2017. Once the couple had received their warm welcome, it was time for their first dance. The couple had chosen “Sweet Thing” by Van Morrison for the occasion, as they danced it was very clear that they have some undeniable chemistry. Bryan took a moment to twirl Emily as they danced, which drew some “aw’s” from the crowd! The slow dances continued with Emily and her father sharing a dance to Frank Sinatra’s “The Way You Look Tonight.” As Emily and her father danced to the beat of the music, you could tell from the look on her father’s face that he was truly happy for his daughter and this next step she was taking in her life. Next Bryan and his mother took to the dance floor to dance to Celine Dion’s “Because You Loved Me,” charming the crowd with their sweet song choice.

By the time the slow dances were over, everyone else was eager to get on their feet! The Authority Band kicked things off with “September” by Earth, Wind, and Fire, to celebrate Emily and Bryan’s September wedding. As the night went on, the band played everyone’s favorite songs, from pop favorites like Beyonce’s “Crazy In Love” and “Shut Up and Dance” by Walk the Moon, to throwback hits like Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” and “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” by Stevie Wonder. It felt like he was the only one in the room…because he was

Evan and Samantha first connected in November 2018 shortly before Samantha’s trip to Florida with her family, but that didn’t stop them from texting all day every day and making plans to meet on Sunday when she got back. Sunday evening plans after a trip weren’t typical for her, but it had been so great getting to know Evan over the week that she had to push through my exhaustion and finally meet him.

They met at Local in SoNo and as Samantha walked into the bar she received a text from Evan saying she would easily spot him since he was the only one at the bar. She looked up from her phone and sure enough there he was, and no one else. After staying for much longer than they expected, they decided to end the night and walked to their cars in the parking lot which happened to be one space away from each other. They admitted to arriving early and sitting in their cars until it was the “appropriate” time to walk in – thankfully a car had been between them otherwise that might have been awkward.

Fast forward to the big day! Samantha and Evan said “I do” at L’Escale in Greenwich, CT, on a beautiful waterfront terrace looking out over the harbor. Samantha glided down the aisle to Pachabel’s Canon, played by Around Town Entertainment’s pianist. The couple exchanged their vows, and there wasn’t a dry eye in sight by the time the minister pronounced them husband and wife. The happy couple gleefully walked back up the aisle to “The Wedding March.”

Eric, Samantha, and their guests then adjourned to cocktail hour on the grounds, where there was a beautiful view of the sun setting over the water. Everyone tapped their toes as the Around Town Jazz trio played all the hits, from Nat King Cole to Miles Davis; what a great way to get the party started!

After cocktails, everyone headed into the ballroom for the reception! Samantha and Evan entered onto the dancefloor to Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop The Feeling” played by Around Town’s After Party Band. As the band rocked out, the couple had a chance to show off some of their dance moves. The newlyweds then slowed things down a bit and shared their first dance to “La Vie En Rose,” there were many cheers and “aww’s” from the crowd as Evan took a moment to gracefully dip Samantha during their dance. Then came time to cut the cake! The After Party Band played the aptly titled “Cut the Cake” by the Average White Band as Evan and Samantha sliced into their beautiful, multi-tiered cake. The After Party band rocked the night away, playing all of Evan and Samantha’s favorites. From slow, sentimental songs like Billy Joel’s “Vienna,” to upbeat classics like “All I Want Is You” by U2 and Steely Dan’s “Deacon Blues,” that made everyone want to get their groove on. The happy couple and their guests were dancing well into the night!

Thank you Evan and Samantha for having the After Party Band underscore your special day!

An A+ Couple 1800 1200 adam Michaels

An A+ Couple

Madeline and Eric met in August 2015 while both attending the special master’s program at Georgetown University. On the first day of orientation, several fellow SMP’ers found out they were living in the same apartment complex. A fellow classmate suggested that the group meet up and walk to the Georgetown bus together before the first day of orientation. Eric just so happened to sit next to Madeline on the bus ride to Georgetown that morning… and the rest is history! 😉

Madeline fell in love with Eric’s kind-hearted nature and generosity, and found his endless perfectionism to be endearing. Eric, on the other hand, fell in love with Madeline’s intelligence and great looks, but moreover adored her competitive spirit. Although they suffered through a rigorous academic course load that year, they also made sure to properly celebrate every exam with new friends and all in all, made countless memories together.

In the midst of a global pandemic, Eric knew that he wanted to propose before starting the next phase of their careers. He planned a bike ride that ended at gravelly point (a park that the couple went to on one of their first dates) and had enlisted friends from their time together at Georgetown to set up a picnic under a beautiful blooming tree. He got down on his knee under the blossoms, and she said yes!

Madeline and Eric celebrated their big day at Gurney’s Star Island Resort in Montauk, NY. The ceremony took place on the Villa Lawn, with a beautiful ocean view and music from Around Town Entertainment’s pianist. Madeline looked radiant as she walked down the aisle to Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect,” Eric stood at the end of the aisle with the biggest smile on his face! After the couple exchanged their vows, their friends and family erupted into applause as they happily walked back up the aisle to a joyful rendition of “All You Need is Love” by The Beatles.

Ready to begin the party, everyone gathered on the lawn for cocktail hour! Drinks were poured and toasts were made as Around Town’s Jazz trio played everyone’s favorite jazz hits. The perfect way to get the party started!

When it came time for the reception, everyone was greeted in the Waterfront Ballroom by The Authority Band. The energy was high from the start, as the bridal party entered the ballroom to Ke$ha and Pitbull’s “Timber,” each member of the party getting a chance to show off their wonderful dance moves! Madeline and Eric made their beautiful entrance to “Higher Love” by Whitney Houston, receiving thunderous applause from their guests.

The happy couple then began their first dance to John Legend’s “Conversations in the Dark.” Madeline and Eric danced so gracefully together, they were so in sync, and very clearly in love! After the slow dances concluded, it was time to get everyone on their feet to party! The Authority Band rocked the night away with hits like “Never Felt a Love Like This” by “Galantis” and a crowd favorite, the Isley Brothers’ “Shout,” which had everyone dancing the night away.

Thanks, Madeline and Eric for having the Authority Band help you celebrate your big day!

Get someone who looks at you like David looks at pizza

David and Maria met during their freshman year at Cornell at a face-painting booth. He had a unicorn on his forehead, she had a full zebra face. For 6 months afterward, David pursued an oblivious Maria, who was convinced they were just really great friends. Inseparable, they watched Rocket Power and devoured pizzas together, and finally, after some flirtatious banter and a couple of beers, she agreed to go out with him in November of 2010. Over the years, they’ve explored Ithaca, Las Vegas, Burlington, New York City, and Oregon – both together and apart. They’ve shared a mutual love of soup dumplings, ramen, pizza, well…any food really! They also share a love of the mountains! Maria jets off with her backpack every summer, and David gets giddy every ski season.

Maria and David celebrated their big day at the Ausable Club in Keene Valley, NY. The festivities were kicked off with a beautiful ceremony that was accompanied by Around Town Entertainment’s pianist! Maria looked breathtaking as she walked down the aisle to Tom Petty’s “Wildflowers,” a view of the beautiful Adirondack Mountains behind her. After Maria and David said their “I Do’s,” their friends and family applauded as the happy couple gleefully walked back up the aisle as the pianist played a beautiful rendition of “For Once in My Life” by Stevie Wonder.

Ready to celebrate such a momentous occasion, everyone walked over to the club’s circle lawn for cocktail hour! While enjoying drinks and appetizers, guests were tapping their toes as Around Town Entertainment’s Jazz Trio played everyone’s favorite jazz standards to set the mood! The spectacular views of the mountains, the drinks, the beautiful music! It was truly amazing to experience and the party hadn’t even started!

When it came time for the reception, everyone was greeted in the reception tent by Around Town’s Authority Band! The band rocked and everyone felt the energy of the dancing that was in store! Maria and David shared their first dance to “Coming Home” by Leon Bridges where the newlyweds got to show off their excellent dance moves and undeniable chemistry. Maria and her father shared a lovely moment during the father/daughter dance, as the Authority Band played Sam Cooke’s “Nothing Can Change This Love,” it was clear that Maria’s father was proud of the woman that she had become. David and his mom charmed everyone as they danced to “The Wonder of You” by The Villagers. Of COURSE, Maria and David picked a delicious many because, well, what better way to celebrate their love than with their love of food! Only the best for their special day!

After these sentimental and memorable dances, the guests rushed to the dance floor as the Hora began to play, everyone sang along as they danced! When it came time for David and Maria to cut their wedding cake, the Authority Band played “When You’re Smiling,” which put a smile on everyone’s faces as the happy couple took the first slice from their beautifully decorated wedding cake. Maria, David, and their guests danced the night away as the Authority Band played pop and rock hits from the couple’s favorite artists including The Strokes and Harry Styles!

Thanks, Maria and David for having the Authority Band for your wedding celebration!

On top of the world! 1200 800 adam Michaels

On top of the world!

Steve and Britt met in Fall of 2015, on Hinge. Their love story began one Tuesday evening when they met for margaritas & tacos and ended the night at a dive bar drinking PBR’s and playing skeeball! It didn’t take them very long to figure out how much they had in common: two adventurers who grew up on the East Coast, both dog people, and the youngest of three! The two are also very close with each of their families and in turn, are over the moon OBSESSED with their nieces and nephews that are all around the same age. Steve, a hockey player, and Britt, a figure skater, both grew up spending summers in Nantucket and both attended boarding school. Soon they were inseparable, adventuring throughout the beautiful Bay Area together!

On one of their many adventures together, Steve proposed on the top of Mt. Niseko Annupuri in Japan! The couple had traveled to Niseko to ski, and as expected, Steve wanted to hike up to the very highest point possible on the mountain to ski down. It was an exceptionally foggy morning in the village, but as they hiked higher they emerged above the clouds and were overlooking the tip of Mt. Yotei volcano. It was there where Steve popped the question and Britt said “yes!” At that moment and in many ways, they felt on top of the world!

Fast forward to the big day! Steve and Britt said “I do” at the beautiful Sconset Chapel in Nantucket! The two were able to celebrate their ceremony in the Chapel’s beautiful garden outside in the beautiful end-of-summer weather! Their guests arrived as a medley of Yiruma song was beautifully played by a string quartet, guitarist, and pianist. Steve’s eyes lit up as he saw Britt glide down the aisle with her father accompanied by a rendition of Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling In Love.” The ceremony concluded with a surprise performance by Britt’s father, Jeff, accompanied by a string trio, giving a heartfelt rendition of “Lord Bless You and Keep You.” There wasn’t a single dry eye in the pews as Mr. Haines sang his blessing to the newlyweds during the lighting of the unity candle! Mr. Haine’s voice blended beautifully with the string quartet that accompanied him. Britt and Steve were so moved by the performance, it was the perfect wedding present! The priest said, “you may kiss the bride” and all the friends and family there to celebrate Britt and Steve’s commitment to one another erupted into cheers! Britt and Steve practically skipped down the aisle as all the Around Town Entertainment instruments played a beautiful rendition of “Here Comes The Sun!” They had such a full and bright sound which only made everyone smile ad cheer more for the beautiful couple!

Around Town’s Jazz Trio welcomed guests to the cocktail hour on the beautiful Sankaty Head Golf Course. Britt and Steve’s guests enjoyed delicious drinks and the beautiful sunset, as their favorite jazz tunes played. As cocktail hour concluded, everyone was led into the reception tent by a bagpiper! The guests were escorted by the bagpiper into the tent where it was finally time to party! As everyone entered the tent, a slideshow of the happy couple played as Around Town’s band performed “Call it Dreaming” by Iron and Wine, a song that is particularly sentimental to Britt and Steve. After some wonderful by friends and family toasts, the band kicked off the dancing with Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons’ “Oh What a Night,” and what a night it was!

Thank you Britt and Steve for letting Around Town Entertainment be part of your next big adventure together!

Finding Love in the Diviest of Dive Bars 2000 1333 adam Michaels

Finding Love in the Diviest of Dive Bars

“Hi Kenny! How’s your weekend going?” That was Jeanine’s smooth pick-up line sent on May 12, 2018 through Bumble after matching on the app. Being the gentleman that Kenny is, he asked Jeanine out for drinks in a convenient location at a bar called Ramona near her apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. One drink led to two, and two led to three. After so many horrible NYC dates, Kenny was amazed that he was actually enjoying this one. They left Ramona and stumbled across to Brooklyn Safehouse, the diviest of dive bars in the heart of Greenpoint. When Jeanine ordered a whiskey on the rocks at the bar and signed them up for the pool table, Kenny thought to himself, “damn, this girl is pretty cool.” After all the drinks and laughs, they worked up an appetite. They found the only place still open at that time, and at around 3 AM on Saturday, May 19th they shared their very first romantic meal together at Taqueria La Nortena. Kenny was supposed to run the Brooklyn Half Marathon the following morning, so he politely dropped Jeanine off at her apartment after dinner before heading back to Manhattan; however, Kenny did not run the next day.

After their date, Kenny and Jeanine were both traveling a fair amount, but the intrigue remained, and they kept seeing each other when they were back in NYC. Kenny and Jeanine had one of those fun-filled Sundays in the city, hopping from bar to bar, and restaurant to restaurant, and in honor of the day, they capped it off with a whole bunch of ice cream from Davey’s in the East Village. Hunched over, they hobbled back over to Kenny’s apartment a couple of blocks away, laid down on the couch, and at that moment when they were bursting at the seams and felt like they could never eat food ever again, they fell in love.

Kenny proposed to Jeanine two years later in Prospect Park, near their apartment in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. After a year in Brooklyn, they moved to Denver, Colorado to embark on a new, exciting adventure together.

The adventurous couple said their “I do’s” at Onteora Mountain House in Boiceville, NY, overlooking the beautiful Catskill Mountains. Kenny looked at Jeanine in awe as she walked down the aisle to Israel Kamakawiwo’ole’s rendition of “Over The Rainbow’,” underscored by Around Town Entertainment’s pianist. The couple and their guests then adjourned to the House’s garden to enjoy a lovely cocktail hour, as the Around Town Entertainment jazz trio welcomed them in with their favorite jazz classics!

Then it was time to party! Kenny and Jeanine got the party started by entering to 311’s “Good Feeling” performed by Around Town’s Authority Band! The happy couple enjoyed their first dance as husband and wife to “May I Have This Dance?” by Francis and the Lights. Everyone was so happy to see Kenny and Jeanine share this lovely moment, and as the Authority Band played on, they too were excited and inspired to dance the night away!

The guests rushed onto the dance floor, singing and dancing along to the Hora to kick off an evening of celebration and congratulate the newlyweds! Everyone rocked out as the Authority Band played all of Kenny and Jeanine’s favorite hits including Blink182’s “All The Small Things!” The crowd’s favorite of the evening, “Shout” by Otis Day & The Knights, which had everyone on their feet, ready to dance the night away!

Thanks, Jeanine and Kenny for having Authority Band play all your favorites for your special day!
